The 30th Annual Sandestin Wine Festival takes place from April 14 to April 17th at the Village of the Baytowne Wharf in Destin, Florida. Grand Wine Tastings are from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m on Friday, April 15. On Saturday, April 16th, the wine tastings continue from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Guests who attend the Friday and Saturday wine tastings will be exposed to wines from winemakers around the world. A variety of wines at different price points will be featured at the Sandestin Wine Festival. Appetizers will be paired with some of the wines.
Also on Friday and Saturday, the Savor South Walton experience features foods from area chefs. A VIP lounge area with hors d’oeuvres from the Marlin Grill will be at the Terrace Amenities Deck in the Village.
Other activities during the Sandestin Wine Festival include the Mind, Body, Beach, yoga on the beach, at 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 16. The morning of yoga session will be capped off with mimosas.
Again this year, the Seafood and Champagne Cruise is scheduled to delight seafood lovers with a four course seafood dinner aboard the Solaris from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Before boarding the ship, guests are invited to enjoy a welcome reception at the Baytowne Marina.
The festival will come to a close after a final celebration, the Brunch on the Bay, which is happening on Sunday, April 17th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Baytowne Marina. Visitors can choose foods for their brunch, listen to live music, and partake in specialty drinks.
