The cast from the Real Housewives of Atlanta visit some really cool places in Atlanta, and Episode 9, Season 7 was no exception. Kenya Moore and her Aunt Lori shared a gem of a spa destination with the rest of the world when they visited Iwi Fresh Spa, a spa that uses fresh, natural ingredients for facial masks.
In a scene in Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kenya and Lori created their own facial masks using fresh fruits and vegetables at Iwi. The spa has a special vegetable facial called the Iwi Signature Veggie Facial, designed to hydrate and rejuvenate the skin. A 30-minute facial is $55 and a 60-minute facial is $100.

The spa also has a Georgia Peach facial which has been recognized by the Atlantan Magazine. This facial contains peaches, grits to exfoliate the skin, oatmeal and red clay. That facial is $145 for 60 minutes. Although we didn’t get a chance to see these services on the Real Housewives of Atlanta. Iwi provides natural hair care services, such as cuts, loc maintenance, protein treatments, moisturizer treatments, rod sets, straw, sets, and curly dos. Manicures, pedicures and a full range of other treatments (like a lettuce wrap for the hands and a callous treatment for the feet) are on the menu, as well.
