MGM Resorts
MGM is planning a plaza for people to sit, relax, and people-watch along the strip in Las Vegas. The are will join hotels, New York New York and Monte Carlo, according to an MGM press release from this week. A public park near the planned arena is also in the works. The plaza will actually be more than a massive sitting area. It will have restaurants, bars, and stores.
