Kandi Burruss and friends, including Monyetta Shaw, mother of NeYo’s children, and Toya Wright, are in the Bahamas for Kandi’s birthday. The trip is part of Kandi’s epic 40th birthday celebration. Before leaving for the Bahamas the Real Housewives of Atlanta star had a surprise birthday party at DS17 Lounge, TMZ reports. Kandi’s husband, Todd gave Kandi a diamond Rolex for her birthday gifts.

Todd is to thank for pulling off Kandi’s birthday week celebration in Atlanta and the Bahamas.

Kandi’s Birthday Party then took the celebration to the Bahamas, where they stayed at the Atlantis Hotel and Casino. They also did a little island hopping, traveling to Rose Island by yacht.
