One of the newest locations of BLT Steak is in Bally’s Las Vegas. It is the flagship restaurant of ESquared Hospitality. As a result, the restaurant is very prestigious; so much so that winner of the most recent season of Hell’s Kitchen, Ariel Malone, earned a job there.

Ariel started work at BLT on Monday, May 9, 2016. Here’s what she had to say about her preparations for her new job.

“I am working to just clear my mind and be ready for anything that may come my way,” Ariel said. “Much like with HK I am going in with no expectations besides to be the best chef and leader I can. As well as growing each day from each lesson I learn.”

BLT Steak specializes in serving its own signature popovers as well as Dover sole, a dry aged NY Strip steak, aged 28 days and peanut butter chocolate mousse. The restaurant’s chef de Cuisine is Derek Gigliotti and Ariel is now working under his supervision.
She has recently begun required training given to all new employees of Caesar’s Entertainment, the company that owns Bally’s Las Vegas. Ariel is already serving up her award winning dishes at BLT Steak and restaurant patrons are already starting to sing her praises as a chef.
Thanks to the addition of Malone to the restaurant’s kitchen staff, many of the viewers that followed her on her Hell’s Kitchen journey have made plans to travel to Las Vegas and visit BLT Steak
What is she going to do with her new salary at BLT Steak?
“SAVE SAVE SAVE, pay my bills, build up my credit and …. SAVE. I will of course help my siblings as they prepare for and leave for college! As well as my family or friends when necessary because they helped me when I needed it most but to me this salary is a means to start building and saving for a BIG future for myself and the people that support me!,” Ariel said.
In addition, Bally’s boasts 10 other restaurants that are just as high quality, including the newly resurrected Sterling Brunch, revitalized by BLT Steak and contained within its walls.
Those looking for less formal dining options can choose from casual restaurants Buca Di Beppo, which serves Italian cuisine, Sea: The Thai Experience, which serves both Thai and Vietnamese cuisines and Tequila Taqueria, which serves Mexican cuisine. The quick bites restaurant options at Bally’s are Sbarro, serving pizza and other Italian dishes, Java Coast, which is a coffee shop that also serves baked treats and fruit smoothies, Nosh, which serves breakfast sandwiches, and, last but not least, Nathan’s Famous, which brings the traditional Coney Island hot dogs to Las Vegas. Both Sbarro and Narhan’s Famous are located on the casino floor close to the Race & Sports Book lounge.
These are not the only reasons why so many people flock to Bally’s Las Vegas. Spanning 44 acres, the hotel has two towers that are 26 stories with a total of 244 suites and 2,814 standard guest rooms. The newest tower is the Jubilee Tower, whose name pays homage to Bally’s long running stage show. Each guest room in the tower is 450 square feet in size.
With smoking and non-smoking rooms guests can always find comfortable accommodations at Bally’s Las Vegas. The guest rooms fall into one of two categories; jubilee and indigo. Guests can also choose to stay in one of the indigo suites, parlor and murphy suites and indigo junior suites.
For celebrities and other high roller hotel guests, room choices include the indigo or jubilee celebrity or grand suite. These suites are the largest in the hotel and include a bar area and separate dining area.
