Destination NSW has developed a list of 40 things to do in Sydney this summer to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Sydney Festival.The events include dramatic performances, opera, symphonies, food events, and outdoors fun with animals, outdoor markets, a tennis match, and a thrilling rafting adventure.

Woyzeck
Woyzeck is first on the list of 40 Things to do in Sydney. Woyzeck is a German love story, featuring music from Tom Waits of the United States. The production takes places at Carriageworks Bay 17, beginning on January 7, 2016.

Winterreise is an opera that takes place on January 7 and January 8 at the City Recital Hall in Sydney.
Create a city with cardboard boxes in an event called, Olivier Grossetête’s The People’s Tower. Everyone can come out for a day of building at Darling Harbor on January 7th.
