Subramanya Construction & Development Company Limited (SCDCL), a real estate development company, The Oberoi Group, and the government for the Maldives have agreed to build a new luxury hotel on the island. The Oberoi Group, selected the best luxury hotel brand in the world, by Travel + Leisure, USA, in the World‘s Best Awards 2015.
Oberoi has 30 luxury hotels, two Nile cruisers, and a motorized water vessel in Kerala, a state in India. The Oberoi Groups’ corporate offices are in Delhi, India.
