CheapHotels.com surveyed hotels in the world and determined that Miami has one of the most expensive hotels. The survey included rates for December 30, 2015 to January 2, 2016. CheapHotels compared double rooms in hotels that are centrally located.
The hotels that participated in the study must be three stars or more. The hotels also had to have a general positive rating from guests who have stayed at the hotel. Hotels in Miami Beach were $289 a month during this period.
